Born in Honululu, Hawaii and raised in Southern California, Jarica is a Filipino-American storyteller based in Orange County, California. Jarica is a non- union second camera assistant and cinematographer for narrative films.
A CSUF Cinema and Television Arts Alumni, Jarica began her camera department career during her time in film school. Jarica shot her first short film Caged in 2019 for her Advanced Production Class. Jarica interned at Bob Hodson Photography in 2019 as a food photography assistant and worked on Titan Radio Live! as a camera operator for live music. Jarica finished her BA in Fall of 2020 and continues to work on small short narrative projects as COVID restrictions were lifted.
